Standard is $29.90, and only if your care is approved. Active WeCare Members are free until 1 December 2026, then pay $9.90. Each dependant must enrol separately; enrolled under-14 consultations remain free. Chatting with Quinn is free, and if we can’t help there’s no charge.
Is my information private? +
Yes. Your health information is encrypted and held on Australasian servers under NZ health-privacy rules.
Can I keep my usual clinician? +
Yes if you are not enrolling with WeCare — choose to share the approved summary with your existing practice. If you enrol with WeCare, WeCare becomes your usual practice and approved summaries are routed to the WeCare team automatically.
